Come hungry: this is a place built for a big table where everyone orders differently and nobody regrets it. The move is to build a pancake flight around the Pineapple Pancake — caramelized pineapple, vanilla cream, cinnamon butter, sweet without tipping into dessert. The OMG French Toast (brioche, whipped mascarpone, seasonal fruit, maple) is the plate that makes the table go quiet for a second. For the savory crowd, Spuds Deluxe is a proper landmine of hash browns under cheddar and Jack, scallions and two cage-free eggs — split it, or don't. The Snooze Classic keeps the traditionalists happy. Cage-free eggs, responsibly raised meat, and morning cocktails round out a menu that clearly wants brunch to be an occasion.
