“We ordered the biryani at Tandoori Lounge + Bar (Indian Cuisine) and it was exactly as good as the locals said — the dum-cooked version, where the rice and meat have been sealed together long enough that the flavours are inseparable. The price point makes returning easy, which is exactly the point. Walk-ins are generally fine, though weekend brunch lines move quickly.”
