This is not a place engineered for foot traffic or Instagram reach; it is a small-plates kitchen built around an Argentine asado grill, a wine program anchored to terroir-expressive producers from both Old World and New, and an ingredient sourcing philosophy that runs so close to the ground it shapes the menu week to week. The room reinforces all of this: light wood, bud vases, dried botanicals, gnarled vines overhead the open kitchen — Scandinavian in its restraint, unexpectedly warm in execution.
