That's a loaded debut. The concept sits at a productive intersection: Spanish tapas format, clear Latin American flavor instincts, and a room that was clearly designed to be lingered in. The murals, the roses everywhere (real flowers, plural rooms, abstract art), the lighting calibrated for a long night rather than a quick turnaround — this is a bar that happens to take its kitchen seriously, or a restaurant that refuses to pretend the night ends at ten. The menu is where that identity gets tested.
