The Kendall location at Mills Drive is the second outpost of a concept that already earned a reputation as the best steak in Doral, and it's aimed squarely at a neighborhood that knows Argentine beef and doesn't need it explained. At price level one, it's operating in territory where the value proposition is genuinely remarkable for what lands on the table. The anchor of the menu is the Picaña Himalaya — a 24-oz. Prime Top Butt cooked on a Himalayan salt block with garlic and rosemary, finished tableside with a rum flambée.
