Alex Meyer and Luciana Giangrandi, the Michelin-starred pair behind Boia De, brought chef Jeff Maxfield into a forty-one-seat room where yellow garage toolkits serve as side stations, boomboxes and surfer imagery surface inside Western wallpaper, and the whole enterprise is reported to read like a joke that is also absolutely serious.
