The "Global" tag on the menu is honest in the messiest, most Ottawa-university-town way — this kitchen pulls from wherever the craving leads, and the price point (we're talking dollar signs, singular) means students, night-shift workers, and people who blew their budget earlier in the week can all pull up a chair without doing math. NOX earns its room by understanding that a great bar needs a kitchen that can keep up with the drinking, not the other way around.
