What you get at the Helmcken Street location in the Wall Centre is a focused, low-price-point operation where the kitchen's credibility comes from the chef's biography rather than the fit-out. The menu centers on braised broth traditions that sit at the intersection of Thai and Chinese noodle culture — deliberately so.
