When COVID closed it in 2020, chef-owner Robert Harris — Alabama-raised, Commander's Palace-trained — quietly rebuilt it into something looser and more personal: a neighborhood cocktail bar with a real kitchen behind it, the kind of place that grew up in New Orleans and moved north. The current format is deliberately approachable, anchored at an L-shaped bar with 10–12 seats and an open kitchen visible from the room, dark wood against white tile under warm lighting.
