Uptown's cultural density makes it exactly the right neighborhood for a place this uncompromising, and Demera leans into that without apology. The menu centers on Doro Wot as the anchor and the argument: a long-braised chicken stew built on berbere, dense and brick-red, with a hard-boiled egg that has reportedly spent enough time in that sauce to mean it.
