The concept is gastro-pub with a French accent: intimate room, price point that keeps things accessible, and a philosophy that reportedly centers on actual fresh ingredients rather than the kind of kitchen shortcuts that usually explain affordable brasserie cooking. A kitchen-side bar lets you watch two chefs work in close quarters, which tells you something about the confidence level here — no theatrical tasting menus, no portions engineered to justify a bill.
