Owner Jorden Foss and Head Brewer Eric Moutal have built on that foundation without abandoning it, and the award shelf reflects the discipline: back-to-back Canadian Brewing Awards silvers for the Simple Things Pilsner (2019, 2021), a gold for the Dark Lager that same year, and a silver for the Frolf Hazy IPA at the 2022 Canada Beer Cup. That's a brewery that knows exactly what it's doing across multiple styles.
