Co-founded by executive chefs Kanwardeep Ahluwalia and Baldeep Singh, the concept sits at a genuinely unusual intersection: cocktail bar with a kitchen that takes its culinary mandate seriously, built around share plates that trace the movement of flavors across South Asian, Middle Eastern, and Southeast Asian cooking traditions. Kanwardeep's background alone — IHM-Aurangabad, six years across 16 Taj properties, logistics chef during the 2010 Commonwealth Games where his team was feeding 40,000 athletes daily — signals that this isn't a bar kitchen treating food as an afterthought.
