The concept is genuinely fused — handcrafted cocktails alongside tapas-format dishes built on Japanese technique, then cross-pollinated with everything else Chi finds interesting. The corner spot on Denman Street announces itself with neon graphic lights, which is the right aesthetic shorthand: not trying to be austere, not trying to intimidate. It's for the West End diner who wants to drink seriously and eat well without those two things being in tension. The menu's signature moves are worth understanding before you sit down.
